Software Engineer (Robotics)

Location: Remote

Salary: $120,000–$175,000 annual base salary, plus potential equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and debug features for autonomous construction equipment.
• Analyze robot performance to prioritize bug fixes and performance improvements quantitatively.
• Optimize control systems for cycle time and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain code quality standards and engineering best practices.
• Help shape the product roadmap and deploy code daily.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with distributed systems.

Nice to have

• Controls systems experience.
• Mechanical engineering experience.
