What you will do

• Interview customers to uncover and share compelling success stories.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate technical capabilities into customer value.
• Create diverse content formats including blogs, social posts, workshops, and educational tools.
• Partner with customer success and solutions engineering to deeply understand target segments.
• Work closely with leadership to shape the brand voice and communication strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in product, product marketing, technical writing, or solutions engineering.
• Technical competence, ideally with a background in computer science, engineering, or hobby development.
• Exceptional English writing and speaking skills.
• Journalistic mindset with the ability to ask insightful questions.
• Must be based in London and able to work from the office 3 days a week (Tuesday-Thursday).
