Product Marketing Expert - Composable Banking (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead global product positioning and messaging for the Composable Banking solution.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Strategy on product launches, go-to-market planning, and sales enablement.
• Define target audiences, value propositions, and use-case-driven product narratives.
• Translate complex technical features into clear, client-focused business benefits.
• Create and manage pitch decks, brochures, one-pagers, demos, videos, case studies, and event content.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and provide insights for product strategy and roadmap development.

Requirements

• Experience in product marketing or product management within fintech, wealth management, banking technology, or enterprise SaaS.
• Strong understanding of financial services markets and trends, particularly banking and wealth management.
• Ability to create compelling product narratives and simplify technical complexity into business-oriented messaging.
• Experience producing high-quality sales and marketing collateral, with advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted marketing tools, segmentation, content automation, or analytics.
• Experience developing product videos and demos.
• Experience working with designers or agencies on interactive infographics and data visualizations.
