Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Based in the San Francisco or New York office; candidates must reside in California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or Washington.

Salary: $190,000–$240,000 per year, depending on skills, experience, and expected contribution.

What you will do

• Own design for a major product surface from strategy and concept through execution, launch, and outcomes.
• Bring design and user perspectives into product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization decisions.
• Partner with product and engineering to ship coherent, reliable workflows and improve them after launch.
• Build scalable patterns, components, and design practices across the product.
• Shape design principles for an AI-native product, including trust and transparency.
• Use qualitative and quantitative signals to identify high-leverage problems and guide decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant product design experience, including designing a product or major feature from scratch.
• Strong product sense, a high quality bar, systems thinking, and independent senior IC ownership.
• Experience with outcomes, measurement, analytics, research, and discovery.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and contributing to products seeking product-market fit.
• Experience with B2B products, ideally fintech or data-heavy tools for professional decision-makers.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship or transfer is not available.
