Product Designer (AI)

Location: New York, NY; on-site, five days per week in the office

Base salary: $175,000–$275,000 per year, plus equity and performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Design complex B2B products for demanding investment management professionals.
• Define foundational design frameworks and establish a design standard for wealth management software.
• Design polished user experiences, from high-level systems to detailed interactions.
• Use AI tools to prototype, experiment with, and validate ideas, designs, and workflows.
• Work with product, engineering, and leadership across research, design, prototyping, and delivery.
• Build products from scratch and take ownership of outcomes in a highly autonomous environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience designing products.
• Experience working on complex B2B products.
• Experience building products from scratch.
• Strong attention to visual quality, small details, and interaction feel.
• Ability to define systems, articulate design decisions, and execute independently.
• Experience using AI tools for experimentation, prototyping, and validation.
