Senior Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: NYC office, hybrid

Salary: $185,000–$215,000 plus equity

hirify.global is a Series B fintech and registered investment advisor building an AI-native platform, client portal, and operational infrastructure for independent financial advisors.

What you will do

• Lead complex product design initiatives from research and discovery through high-fidelity execution and launch.
• Design end-to-end experiences for advisors, clients, and operations across wealth-management workflows.
• Design high-trust experiences for onboarding, account transfers, money movement, and other sensitive financial moments.
• Use research methods such as interviews, surveys, and card sorting to inform product recommendations and design decisions.
• Apply and evolve Savvy’s design system for complex workflows and AI-driven product features.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and financial advisors while contributing to critique and design practice.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in product design, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience designing complex systems or service-oriented products with multiple user types.
• Strong interaction design, systems thinking, and information architecture skills.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, communication, and research skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with ownership, curiosity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup from the NYC office.

Nice to have

• Experience designing in fintech, wealth management, or other high-trust, high-stakes domains.
