What you will do
- Manage outbound team members and coordinate picking, packing, and related warehouse operations.
- Develop just-in-time wave monitoring plans and system-based order allocation strategies to meet daily business deadlines.
- Monitor outbound processes in real time, including picking routes and packing standards, and resolve operational exceptions.
- Coordinate parcel handovers with courier companies and collaborate with logistics and customer service teams on order fulfillment.
- Analyze labor productivity, accuracy, and other outbound data to optimize processes, storage layout, and space utilization.
- Organize staff training, enforce safety standards, report operational issues, and support continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Experience or capability in supervising warehouse outbound operations.
- Ability to coordinate picking, packing, order allocation, and parcel handover activities.
- Ability to monitor operational performance and use data to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Ability to train staff and maintain safety and standardized work procedures.
