Supply Chain Manager (Paper Manufacturing)

Location: Bradford, United Kingdom; onsite position.

What you will do

• Identify and secure recovered-paper sources and manage the flow of quality raw materials to assigned paper mills.
• Plan capacity and production through Sales and Operations Planning, MRP logic, production schedules, and seasonal stock builds.
• Manage inventory, working capital, bills of material, master data, production work orders, and stock accuracy.
• Oversee on-site and off-site warehouses, forklift-truck contracts, direct and indirect material ordering, and inbound and outbound logistics.
• Coordinate with suppliers, mill managers, purchasing, customer service, sales, and production to resolve supply chain issues and improve processes.
• Lead daily supply chain meetings, weekly commitment meetings, KPI reporting, customer stock and label requirements, and supply chain performance presentations.

Requirements

• Experience managing on-time-in-full customer delivery and Perfect Order performance.
• Knowledge of working capital management, inventory stock levels, and inventory accuracy.
• Experience with schedule adherence and production works order accuracy.
• Experience maintaining accurate master data and improving supply chain processes.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve supply chain issues using IT systems.
• Ability to allocate staff resources and manage training and disciplinary matters.
