Snr Manager Supply Chain (Life Sciences): Leading end-to-end supply chain performance for high-volume medical filtration devices and membranes at a regulated 24/7 manufacturing site with an accent on demand and supply planning, material availability, warehouse operations, and finished-goods flow. Focus on developing the supply chain team, resolving supply risks, optimizing inventory and KPIs, and applying Danaher Business System methods to improve operational performance.
Location: Newquay, United Kingdom; full-time onsite role with up to 25% travel if required.

What you will do
- Lead Supply Chain Planners, Buyers, and Warehouse associates at a high-volume, 24/7 regulated manufacturing site.
- Optimize supply chain KPIs including on-time delivery, past-due orders, inventory, material availability, and warehouse performance.
- Maintain the S&OP master plan and firm master plan, using sales data to drive raw material requirements planning across all SKUs.
- Manage supplier and downstream supply chain relationships, communication channels, and performance improvements.
- Improve warehouse operations, material flow, working capital, sterilization, finished-goods release, and distribution processes.
- Lead problem solving, supply-risk resolution, and cross-functional initiatives through the Business System.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Science, or equivalent experience.
- At least seven years of progressive Operations or Supply Chain leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead, coach, develop, collaborate with, and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multitasking environment with a customer-first mindset.
Nice to have
- Senior Logistics, Planning, Manufacturing, or Supply experience in a regulated or medical environment with significant people-management responsibility.
- Leadership experience in a global manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Continuous Improvement, Process Excellence, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or TQM.
- Experience with MRP, SAP, or Oracle systems.
- Strategic thinking and decision-making experience.
