Senior Engineer (Node/TypeScript/GCP)

What you will do

• Design and implement complex production features end-to-end on a modern Node, TypeScript, and GCP stack.
• Write clean, well-considered code focused on correctness and reliability.
• Develop design documents and contribute to system architecture.
• Review peer code and provide feedback that improves implementation quality.
• Use AI tools such as Cursor and Claude in daily engineering work.
• Contribute to AI-powered features integrated into pharmacy and healthcare workflows.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience building and shipping production systems.
• Ability to explain technical decisions behind shipped work.
• Strong computer science fundamentals.
• High agency and the ability to move forward with incomplete information.
• Comfort working with ambiguity in a fast-paced Series A environment.
• Current hands-on use of AI tools in day-to-day work.

Nice to have

• Experience with Node, TypeScript, or GCP.
• Experience building healthcare, pharmacy, or EHR-related systems.
