Senior Software Engineer

Location: Hybrid role based in the San Francisco office; in-person attendance is required three days per week for a full 8-hour business day. Remote days follow core business hours. Occasional off-site or on-site events may occur.

Salary: $158,400–$237,600 annual base salary, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain large-scale data infrastructure and automation systems for ROI measurement and reporting.
• Deliver product capabilities including claims data ingestion, standardized data pipelines, targeted enrollment, and automated client-facing ROI analyses.
• Modernize existing pipelines and develop robust, scalable systems with strong maintainability, availability, and performance.
• Break down complex problems, identify incident root causes, and support continuous deployment and production operations.
• Contribute to technical roadmaps, architectural decisions, developer tooling, and AI-driven automation.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of non-internship, full-time professional software development experience.
• Experience delivering large software projects or production features.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco office three days per week during full 8-hour business days.

• Experience with agentic coding and AI tools for coding assistance.
