Technical Project Manager (Data Platform)

What you will do

• Lead planning and delivery across data platform, integration, API, and data product workstreams.
• Translate mission priorities into roadmaps, milestones, backlogs, user stories, and delivery plans.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including planning, refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track scope, schedule, capacity, progress, dependencies, risks, issues, actions, and decisions.
• Coordinate commitments and escalations across customers, partners, internal stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Support federal account management, customer engagement, capture, solutioning, and proposal activities.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and an active DoW Secret or higher clearance are required.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, technical delivery, Agile leadership, product operations, or a related role.
• Experience leading technically complex software, data, cloud, platform, or integration delivery efforts.
• Strong knowledge of Agile practices, including Scrum and Kanban, with experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, risk management, and delivery planning skills.

Nice to have

• PMP, Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or comparable project management or Agile certification.
• Experience with modern data platforms, analytics products, APIs, or cloud modernization using Databricks, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Oracle Cloud.
• Experience with federal account growth, capture, proposals, business development, or customer engagement.
• Experience supporting DoW, federal government, healthcare, military health, or regulated data environments.
