Project Manager Senior

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days in office and 2 days remote; Jacksonville, FL, Milwaukee, WI, or Atlanta, GA only.

What you will do

• Support client engagement activities, including status reviews, roadmap walkthroughs, check-ins, and escalation conversations.
• Build working relationships with financial institution stakeholders and identify client satisfaction risks.
• Maintain the Digital One product roadmap, document client pain points, and convert feature requests into product requirements and user stories.
• Coordinate with program and delivery partners to support on-time, on-scope delivery of client-committed features and enhancements.
• Track release schedules, communicate updates, and follow up on cross-functional action items.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, including at least 4 years in banking, financial services, or fintech.
• Direct experience working with financial institution clients in a client-facing or embedded project management role.
• Working knowledge of digital banking platforms, online or mobile banking, or core banking concepts.
• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
• Strong written and verbal communication, cross-functional coordination, and follow-through skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Exposure to hirify.global Digital One, Q2, Backbase, Temenos, Finacle, or comparable digital banking platforms.
• Experience with API-based integrations, digital channel delivery, or online and mobile banking features.
• Experience supporting fintech or banking technology implementations, onboarding, or product rollouts.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, backlog management, and product documentation.
• CSPO, CSM, PMP, or a related project management certification.
