Business Project Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multi-workstream transformation programs across operations, accounting, finance, treasury, risk, regulatory, and technology.
• Coordinate global offices and align regional teams while accounting for local infrastructure, processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate senior leadership forums by preparing agendas, pre-reads, briefing materials, decision logs, and action tracking.
• Identify and resolve risks, issues, and cross-program dependencies, escalating alignment matters to executive leadership.
• Prepare reporting, internal communications, status updates, and stakeholder materials for senior leadership, operations committees, and risk forums.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, business coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working with cross-functional and senior-level stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with project management tools and technologies such as Jira, Python, and SQL.
• Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or asset management, particularly in operations, finance, treasury, or risk.
• Knowledge of asset management and trading concepts including margin, capital, settlement, reconciliation, reference data, and P&L.
• Experience driving change within a global asset manager, hedge fund, quantitative trading firm, broker-dealer, or similarly complex financial services environment.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and aligning teams with competing priorities.
