Senior Marketing Operations Analyst

Location: Full-time, in-person position in the Austin, TX office

What you will do

• Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including marketing automation, CRM integrations, and supporting tools.
• Maintain accurate marketing and sales data through database management, enrichment, and data governance.
• Build and optimize lead scoring, routing, nurturing, and campaign workflows.
• Provide technical support for email campaigns, landing pages, digital advertising, and other marketing initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and reports covering campaign performance, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
• Partner with Sales, evaluate marketing technologies, manage vendors, and create documentation and training.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience administering HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or a comparable marketing automation platform.
• Experience with a CRM platform; Salesforce experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of data management, lead lifecycle processes, and marketing operations best practices.
• Experience building reports and dashboards that translate data into actionable business insights.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
