BizOps Associate

Location: Hybrid, with 2 days per week in the New York City or San Francisco office; must be authorized to work in the United States

Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Support financial modeling, budgeting, market sizing, pricing experiments, and performance analysis.
• Own accounts receivable collections, reconciliation, cash application, accounts payable workflows, reimbursements, commissions, and contractor payments.
• Manage HubSpot revenue operations, dashboards, data hygiene, vendors, procurement, contracts, insurance renewals, and operational processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, including customer success process improvements and strategic projects.
• Own IT provisioning, onboarding and offboarding workflows, and day-to-day IT operations.
• Lead ISO 27001 and SOC 2 evidence gathering and manage the compliance renewal calendar.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, a high-growth startup operating role, or a Big 4 consulting practice.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, including the ability to build models and frameworks from scratch.
• Execution-oriented approach with strong ownership and follow-through.
• Ability to work across functions and bring structure to ambiguous, fast-moving workflows.
• Strong communication skills for translating operational detail into strategic context.
• US work authorization and availability to work hybrid from the NYC or SF office two days per week.

Nice to have

• SQL proficiency or willingness to learn SQL to support data infrastructure.
