Location: New York City, United States; typically 3+ days per week in the office

Salary: $100,000–$135,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own analytics initiatives supporting daily operations, including data architecture, opportunity identification, and progress reporting.
• Transform raw data into reliable, structured datasets for analysts, data scientists, and business teams.
• Use advanced analytics and labor optimization to help retail customers maximize in-store sales.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to create and optimize production plans that balance sales and spoilage.
• Partner with product, engineering, operations, and customers on data-informed strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in an analytical role such as business operations, product analytics, data science, consulting, or investment banking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to combine quantitative data and qualitative insights.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn it, with the ability to quickly learn new tools.
• Clear written communication and the ability to simplify complex information for decision-making.
• Availability to work from New York City and attend the office at least three days per week.
