Supply Associate

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid with typically 4+ days in office

Salary: $100,000–$135,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Monitor supply health across steady-state markets and identify root causes of marketplace issues.
• Design and drive initiatives such as referral programs, activation campaigns, and re-engagement experiments.
• Analyze the end-to-end worker funnel to identify bottlenecks and improve onboarding in the correct locations.
• Build and use analytics with SQL, Google Sheets, and internal dashboards to measure performance and guide decisions.
• Develop data-backed hypotheses and proposed solutions tied to measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Operations to improve worker experience, conversion, activation, and retention.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and execution skills.
• Competence using SQL to understand, parse, and organize complex data.
• Ability to work independently and operate with a high level of autonomy.
• Ability to work from New York City with typically 4+ days in the office.
