Lead Recruiting Partner (Fintech)

Location: New York, NY, supporting hirify.global’s U.S. business and NYC-based teams. Pay ranges for candidates working outside New York may differ based on local labor costs.

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 USD annually for New York-based hires.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for priority, highly technical, confidential, and business-critical U.S. roles through Senior Director level.
• Map competitive markets, analyze niche talent pools, build passive pipelines, and develop long-term sourcing networks.
• Advise hiring managers and senior executives using market intelligence, compensation analytics, and structured interview design.
• Maintain Greenhouse ATS data quality and prepare weekly hiring reports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Partner with technology and operations teams to test AI-driven sourcing platforms and recruiting automations.
• Support employer-brand optimization, internship programs, early-career initiatives, and talent acquisition team mentoring.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fintech, consumer lending, investment banking, or a fast-growing technology environment.
• Experience sourcing highly technical talent and mapping competitive U.S. and New York City markets.
• Advanced proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, and data analytics tools.
• Knowledge of compensation trends, equity structures, and competitive dynamics in the New York City and broader U.S. talent markets.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities, complex organizational structures, and rapid business changes with operational precision.
• Ability to combine strategic advising with autonomous, detail-oriented execution.
