What you will do
- Evaluate, design, test, and improve manufacturing processes, methods, equipment, tooling, and layouts.
- Monitor equipment and process performance and resolve issues causing non-conforming products, low yields, or quality problems.
- Assure product and process quality by developing testing methods, standards, and capability assessments.
- Analyze production workflows, labor and material costs, schedules, space requirements, and future manufacturing needs.
- Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing manufacturing data and trends.
- Lead the development, execution, and maintenance of assigned process FMEA and Control Plans.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of manufacturing experience.
- Experience with SolidWorks, PLC programming, or related engineering software.
- Proven experience in electrical and electronic system design and development, with strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles.
- Knowledge of machine processes, project coordination, technical reporting, and professional written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new tasks and processes.
Nice to have
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing.
- Knowledge of semiconductor hardware and systems.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma philosophies.
- Experience with design FMEA and process FMEA.
