Engineer II, Manufacturing Engineering

What you will do

• Evaluate, design, test, and improve manufacturing processes, methods, equipment, tooling, and layouts.
• Monitor equipment and process performance and resolve issues causing non-conforming products, low yields, or quality problems.
• Assure product and process quality by developing testing methods, standards, and capability assessments.
• Analyze production workflows, labor and material costs, schedules, space requirements, and future manufacturing needs.
• Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing manufacturing data and trends.
• Lead the development, execution, and maintenance of assigned process FMEA and Control Plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with SolidWorks, PLC programming, or related engineering software.
• Proven experience in electrical and electronic system design and development, with strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles.
• Knowledge of machine processes, project coordination, technical reporting, and professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new tasks and processes.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Knowledge of semiconductor hardware and systems.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma philosophies.
• Experience with design FMEA and process FMEA.
