FP&A Analyst – Revenue & Growth (SaaS) (Revenue & SaaS KPIs): Building and maintaining ARR bridges, cohort analyses, revenue forecasts, and executive reporting for a growing SaaS business with an accent on topline metrics, unit economics, and sales efficiency. Focus on modeling ARR dynamics, aligning sales pipelines with financial forecasts, and improving data integrity and reporting automation across Salesforce, ERP, and FP&A systems.
Location: Lyon, France — hybrid model with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote

What you will do
- Track and analyze SaaS KPIs and monthly or quarterly ARR dynamics, including new business, expansion, contraction, and churn.
- Build and maintain ARR bridges, cohort analyses, NRR and GRR reports, sales-efficiency indicators, and unit-economics analyses.
- Develop revenue, ARR, and cash-collection models for budgets, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range LBO business plans.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales Operations to align pipelines, bookings forecasts, and billing schedules with financial models.
- Prepare topline reporting packages and variance analyses for the CFO, finance leadership, CEO, board, and private-equity sponsors.
- Improve data integrity and automate recurring reporting workflows across CRM, ERP, BI, and FP&A tools.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Corporate Finance, Business Administration, or Engineering from a top business or engineering school or university.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Transaction Services, Deals, or Financial Advisory at a Big Four or top-tier advisory firm, or in FP&A or Business Control at a fast-growing SaaS or technology company.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics, ARR mechanics, IFRS 15 revenue-recognition principles, and unit economics.
- Advanced Excel skills, including dynamic financial modeling, scenario planning, and large-dataset manipulation.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and ERP systems; Power BI experience is a plus.
- Fluent written and spoken English and French are required.
