Senior FP&A Analyst / Finance Business Partner (Poland, remote)

What you will do

• Own the annual budget process and quarterly or rolling forecasts in partnership with department heads.
• Build and maintain P&L, headcount, operating expense, and cash-flow models, explaining budget-versus-actual variances.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Engineering on planning and business decisions.
• Analyze sales pipeline conversion, coverage, weighted forecasts, channel profitability, margins, and incentive returns.
• Prepare management reporting and support board and investor materials using SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, gross margin, and burn multiple.
• Connect CRM, billing, and finance data while improving FP&A tooling, reporting automation, and forecast alignment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or FP&A, preferably in B2B commercial environments.
• Hands-on experience with planning, budgeting, and financial modeling.
• Experience partnering with commercial teams and translating financial information into actionable business decisions.
• Strong Excel skills and solid business acumen, including understanding of unit economics.
• Fluency in English and Polish is required.

Nice to have

• CIMA or ACCA certification, or active progress toward one.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, or similar CRM data.
• Background in a SaaS or software business.
