Network Engineer

Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid

Salary: $127,500–$210,000 per year, plus eligibility for hirify.global’s equity plan.

What you will do

• Provide accurate, responsive technical service and build customer trust through effective resolutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex tickets across every layer of the network stack.
• Manage and support complex customer networks, primarily remotely.
• Identify and document product bugs with clear reproduction steps.
• Create feature requests based on real customer needs and provide actionable feedback to engineering.
• Build documentation and share technical knowledge through peer training.

Requirements

• Broad networking expertise across wireless, security, WAN/LAN, routing, DNS, and related technologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to solve ambiguous and unique problems.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in an active support queue.
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers and teammates.
• Commitment to improving customer network experiences and building technical depth.
