What you will do

• Design and conduct structured onboarding programs and manage offboarding, including exit interviews and feedback evaluation.
• Develop training and employee-development programs that support sustainable growth.
• Shape corporate culture through team-building initiatives, feedback practices, and employee-satisfaction measures.
• Advise managers and employees on HR-related and labor-law matters.
• Develop HR guidelines and processes covering vacation, working-time models, compensation, and bonus structures.
• Build the HR team and collaborate with management on a future-oriented people strategy.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, psychology, HR management, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup or technology environment.
• Solid knowledge of labor and social security law, plus experience in recruiting and employee development.
• Hands-on, proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach with the ability to build processes independently.
• Excellent German and English skills, spoken and written.
• Motivation to strategically establish and scale an HR function in a tech-driven environment.
