Location: Hybrid role based in Paris, France

Salary: €75,000–€85,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with managers across the organisation across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, internal mobility, and offboarding.
• Coach managers through leadership challenges, difficult conversations, performance issues, and team dynamics.
• Advise on employee engagement, motivation, retention, capability gaps, and future talent needs.
• Support organisational changes and communication between managers, the People team, and leadership.
• Define and scale management principles, onboarding experiences, tools, frameworks, and communities of practice.
• Support performance review calibration, promotion committees, people initiatives, and the identification of organisational risks.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or in an equivalent role in a scale-up environment.
• Strong listening, communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build trust, influence and challenge constructively, and lead difficult conversations.
• Empathetic, pragmatic, adaptable, and able to navigate ambiguity and multiple perspectives.
• Passion for leadership development and organisational effectiveness.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
