About the role
Mercuryo is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to own the full HRBP function and act as a strategic partner to the business. The role also includes direct oversight of the Recruitment Team.

Responsibilities
— Own the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, internal transfers and offboarding.
— Lead the Recruitment Team, define its strategy and priorities, and partner with hiring managers.
— Own recruitment analytics, including time-to-hire, conversion rates and source effectiveness.
— Partner with senior leaders globally on organizational design, workforce planning and change management.
— Drive HR initiatives including eNPS, well-being surveys and employer brand projects.
— Champion AI and automation across HR and Recruitment processes.

Requirements
— 4–5+ years of experience as an HRBP / HR Generalist.
— Previous team management experience; recruitment/talent team experience is preferred.
— Experience in an international company and familiarity with EU and US markets.
— Strong experience partnering with senior leaders and driving organizational change.
— Strong HR analytics and data-driven decision-making skills.
— Experience managing or closely collaborating with Recruitment.
— Experience or strong interest in AI-driven HR and recruitment tools.
— Experience working with international/distributed teams.
— English C1.
