Location: Remote from Spain or Ireland

What you will do
- Partner with Sales, Solution Architects, Marketing, Customer Value Office, and Revenue Operations leaders as the primary People & Culture advisor.
- Own the GTM employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, development, and offboarding.
- Translate GTM strategy into people priorities covering talent, organizational design, leadership capability, hiring plans, and internal mobility.
- Coach leaders on performance management, leadership effectiveness, accountability, and complex people situations.
- Lead talent reviews and development planning while identifying organizational risks and opportunities through data and trend analysis.
- Partner with Finance and GTM leadership on compensation and commission structures.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business partnering, people partnering, or similar roles.
- Deep experience supporting B2B go-to-market organizations in high-growth environments.
- Strong business acumen and ability to interpret GTM metrics such as pipeline, productivity, quota attainment, sales velocity, and conversion rates.
- Experience with organizational design, performance management, leadership coaching, and analytical decision-making.
- Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
- Ability to operate with urgency and accountability in a fast-moving environment.
