People & Culture Manager (f/m/d)

hirify.global is a deep-tech spin-off of TU Munich developing quantum-sensor technology that captures three-dimensional current maps in multilayer chips for semiconductor debugging and yield analysis.

What you will do

• Act as the dedicated People Business Partner for the Product Development department and build trusted relationships with managers and employees.
• Partner with the Head of Product Development on workforce planning, hiring needs, team development, performance, and daily People topics.
• Coordinate recruitment processes for technical and specialised roles, from role definition through interviews, selection, offers, and onboarding.
• Guide managers through feedback, development, performance, communication, and difficult employee conversations.
• Coordinate employee lifecycle topics including onboarding, contracts, documentation, employee changes, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Improve People processes, collaboration, engagement, feedback, and culture as the company scales.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-time professional experience in People & Culture, HR, or a comparable generalist role.
• Experience across recruiting, onboarding, employee development, performance management, and People Operations.
• Fluent German and English, including the ability to handle nuanced employee and management conversations in both languages.
• Working knowledge of German employment practices and confidence handling common employee matters while knowing when to involve Legal or senior People support.
• Strong communication, organisation, empathy, proactive ownership, and pragmatic problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in hardware, deep tech, engineering, semiconductor, manufacturing, startup, or scale-up environments.
• Experience recruiting technical or highly specialised profiles.
