Program Manager and Process Analyst - Vice President

Location: Lisbon, Portugal. Office-based four days per week, with remote work available one day per week on Friday.

What you will do

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support technology teams in delivering committed sprint objectives predictably and with quality.
• Identify, track, and help remove delivery impediments and risks.
• Partner with Product Owners on backlog readiness, prioritization, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage dependencies across engineering, data, automation, and business teams.
• Track Agile metrics and provide delivery updates, escalating risks when needed.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or in a similar role.
• Experience supporting software, data, automation, or AI technology delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tooling.
• Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work in the Lisbon office four days per week and remotely on Fridays.

Nice to have

• Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent.
• Experience in financial services or another regulated environment.
• Experience supporting globally distributed or offshore teams.
• Exposure to UiPath or other automation platforms and AI-related initiatives.
