PLM Program Manager - Service Lifecycle Management (Teamcenter, SAP S4)

Location: Lisbon/Amadora, Portugal; the job details also specify Romania. Office/site-based role, with remote work permitted within the country.

What you will do

• Lead the business transformation of Service Lifecycle Management within the Janus PLM transformation program.
• Represent GT Service as the business-side SLM Capability Owner and align requirements, priorities, and decisions.
• Own the end-to-end BOM flow from engineering through Teamcenter into SAP S4 and across the service process.
• Define harmonized service lifecycle processes, use cases, requirements, and measurable business outcomes.
• Coordinate experts across Service, Engineering, PLM, IT, and related functions.
• Manage roadmaps, dependencies, risks, stakeholder alignment, adoption, and rollout readiness.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience leading cross-functional business transformation programs, ideally in service engineering, PLM, or operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of PLM, engineering and service processes, BOM management, Teamcenter, and SAP S4 integration.
• Ability to translate operational needs into clear process, data, and system requirements.
• Strong stakeholder, program, risk, dependency, and change management skills.
• Collaborative, structured, outcome-oriented working style with clear communication for specialist and management audiences.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
