Senior Talent Recruiter (AI)

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for priority technical, GTM, customer success, account management, integrations, and AI research roles.
• Lead intake meetings, define success profiles and scorecards, create sourcing strategies, and manage hiring timelines.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through outbound channels, communities, referrals, events, and AI-powered recruiting tools.
• Manage interview loops, feedback collection, candidate communications, offers, negotiations, and closing.
• Build repeatable sourcing playbooks, AI-assisted screening and outreach workflows, and lightweight recruiting automations.
• Track funnel metrics and advise leadership on leveling, role design, hiring priorities, market conditions, and compensation bands.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of recruiting experience, preferably in-house; strong agency-to-internal experience is also considered.
• Proven recruiting success across at least two of: technical, GTM, customer success, or account management roles.
• Strong outbound sourcing, candidate engagement, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Process rigor with clean tracking, structured scorecards, clear communication, and rapid iteration.
• Demonstrated ability to use modern recruiting technology and automation to increase throughput.
• Ability to work on-site in New York, United States.

Nice to have

• Healthtech, healthcare IT, clinical research technology, or AI-enabled healthcare experience.
• Experience recruiting in New York or for in-office cultures.
• Startup recruiting experience and the ability to manage multiple searches with varied candidate personas.
