TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Fintech): Acquiring new clients and expanding the Brazilian market for a financial operating system, with an accent on consultative sales and pipeline management. Location: This role is based out of São Paulo, Brazil, and is a full-time position where it is required to come into our office at complexo JK Iguatemi (2-3 days/week).

What you will do

  • Acquire new clients and cross-sell/upsell existing ones through consultative sales.
  • Identify business opportunities targeting mid- to large-sized businesses and startups, consistently meeting sales targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, negotiation, and closing.
  • Provide detailed feedback to product and engineering teams to constantly improve the platform.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success to develop materials and increase conversion rates.
  • Build value-driven client experiences and support business owners with their financial goals.

Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in sales or business development.
  • Prior experience within a fast-growing startup, fintech, payments, or cross-border is strongly preferred.
  • An existing network of transferable B2B relationships with mid- to large-sized businesses and startups is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to garner attention, present professionally, and communicate at all levels, focusing on CFOs, Partners, and Business Owners.
  • Successful track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive).
