Location: This role is based out of São Paulo, Brazil, and is a full-time position where it is required to come into our office at complexo JK Iguatemi (2-3 days/week).

What you will do
- Acquire new clients and cross-sell/upsell existing ones through consultative sales.
- Identify business opportunities targeting mid- to large-sized businesses and startups, consistently meeting sales targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, negotiation, and closing.
- Provide detailed feedback to product and engineering teams to constantly improve the platform.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success to develop materials and increase conversion rates.
- Build value-driven client experiences and support business owners with their financial goals.
Requirements
- 6+ years’ experience in sales or business development.
- Prior experience within a fast-growing startup, fintech, payments, or cross-border is strongly preferred.
- An existing network of transferable B2B relationships with mid- to large-sized businesses and startups is a must.
- Demonstrated ability to garner attention, present professionally, and communicate at all levels, focusing on CFOs, Partners, and Business Owners.
- Successful track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive).
