Corporate Finance Intern (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Prepare results presentations, Capital Markets Day materials, and Supervisory Board documents for hirify.global SE.
• Support investment and fundraising processes for hirify.global-founded businesses and other Internet-sector opportunities.
• Assist with investment and reporting activities for the hirify.global Capital Partners fund.
• Participate in evaluating and executing new projects.
• Work directly with senior management and companies across hirify.global’s network.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in business administration or a related field.
• Thorough understanding of corporate finance.
• Previous internship experience at a global investment bank, private equity fund, or corporate finance and transaction advisory team at an international accounting firm.
• Confident use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Independent, analytical, structured, and logical approach to work.
• Excellent German and English skills required.
