Finance Intern (AI)

What you will do

• Design scalable finance operations processes and help build the finance function from the ground up.
• Support accounts receivable, including tracking outstanding invoices and timely collection.
• Own invoice documentation and filing while maintaining accurate, audit-ready financial records.
• Contribute to investor reporting through quantitative analysis and supporting commentary.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive finance workflows with AI-powered tools.
• Support finance and revenue operations projects through data analysis and ad-hoc requests.

Requirements

• Availability for at least 4 months, starting as soon as possible.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong Excel skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach.
• Analytical thinking, proactivity, and the ability to translate complex inputs into clear outputs.
• Adaptability in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Fluent English communication required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German.
• Experience with modern finance tools or automation platforms.
