What you will do

• Lead due diligence processes and coordinate teams of tax advisors, attorneys, and bankers.
• Participate in the negotiation of legal documentation for various financial transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of investment banking or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong history of outstanding academic and professional achievement.
