Finance Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote from anywhere, with an office available in Berlin.

What you will do

• Analyze business drivers and support strategic decision-making through rigorous financial analysis.
• Lead cross-functional projects involving Capital Markets, Finance, Product, and Tech.
• Support financing transactions, investor communication, and internal and external reporting.
• Own and improve forecasting models and performance tracking processes.
• Design and implement financial and operational processes as the business scales.
• Prepare Board materials and provide ad hoc analysis for leadership and operational decisions.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or top-tier management consulting.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with a high standard for quality and precision.
• Structured thinking and the ability to translate analysis into action.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, evolving priorities, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, concise communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English required; German is a plus.

• Experience with financing initiatives and complex cross-functional scaling projects.
