IT Specialist (Fintech)

Location: New York, New York, United States; hybrid office model with in-office work Tuesday through Thursday and work from home Monday and Friday.

Annual salary: $100,000–$130,000

hirify.global is a fintech company developing a software platform that helps financial advisors manage clients’ 401(k) and other retirement plan accounts as part of personalized retirement strategies.

What you will do

• Own onsite IT operations and provide hands-on technical support for more than 100 New York office employees.
• Manage office infrastructure, including enterprise networks, firewalls, wireless connectivity, VPNs, CCTV, physical access control, conferencing, and AV systems.
• Administer MacOS and Windows endpoint lifecycles through Kandji and Microsoft Intune, including enrollment, compliance, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Manage identity, access, SaaS applications, onboarding, offboarding, permissions, licensing, and user lifecycle processes through platforms including Okta and Torii.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure, Security, R&D, Operations, and Facilities teams on datacenter support, deployments, incidents, office expansions, and technical projects.
• Maintain technical documentation and track incidents, operational tasks, and projects through Jira, monday.com, or equivalent platforms.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure administration, or onsite corporate IT.
• Strong hands-on experience supporting both Mac and Windows environments.
• Proven experience managing MDM platforms, including Kandji and Microsoft Intune.
• Strong experience with firewalls, switches, wireless networks, VPN connectivity, and office AV systems.
• Experience with SaaS administration, onboarding and offboarding workflows, access management, and collaboration with Security, R&D, and Infrastructure teams.
• Ability to independently prioritize and execute operational responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or high-growth technology environments.
• Experience with Fortinet, UniFi, Cato, Google Workspace, Okta, and Azure Entra ID.
• Experience with scripting, automation, Workato, BlinkOps, datacenter environments, AWS, or Amazon WorkSpaces.
• Relevant professional certifications.
