IT Operations Technician II

Location: Boston, MA, hybrid; at least 3 days per week in the Boston office. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Target annual compensation: $95,000–$115,000 salary plus equity

What you will do

• Provide expert IT operations support to internal business partners.
• Administer enterprise cloud platforms including Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack Enterprise Grid, Jira, and AWS.
• Manage US IT logistics, including equipment purchasing, inventory, shipping, and asset lifecycle management.
• Evaluate IT services and automate workflows using the Tines platform.
• Manage endpoints with JumpCloud and support enterprise application integrations.
• Support Zoom Rooms, conference room technology, office infrastructure, structured cabling, routing and switching, and Wi-Fi systems.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in IT Operations with enterprise-grade cloud platforms.
• Expert knowledge of MacOS, including terminal command-line usage and log analysis.
• Experience with IT Operations support, root-cause analysis, scalable solutions, and automation.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize competing work intake, and escalate appropriately.
• Knowledge of incident, change, and release management processes.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills; US work authorization required.
