Technical Demo Manager (Robotics)

What you will do

• Take technical ownership of all robot demos, applications, and live showcases at trade fairs and customer events.
• Plan and coordinate complex demo setups involving robots, sensors, and software systems.
• Define technical requirements including power, network, safety areas, and robot positioning.
• Manage the preparation, testing, documentation, and on-site commissioning of all demo equipment.
• Oversee technical operations during events and provide rapid troubleshooting support.
• Collaborate with R&D, product management, sales, and marketing to develop scalable demo concepts.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in robotics, automation, mechatronics, or technical project management.
• Hands-on experience preparing and operating complex technical systems in live environments.
• Strong understanding of hardware, software, safety, and system integration.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• English: Fluent communication required.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Nice to have

• German language proficiency is an advantage.
