What you will do

• Commission and install NEXUS droneport systems at customer locations.
• Perform functional testing, flight demonstrations, and operational training for end users.
• Provide in-field technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and communication systems.
• Gather customer feedback to ensure system reliability and ease of use.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate issues and suggest technical enhancements.
• Maintain detailed documentation of installations, resolutions, and best practices.

Requirements

• Technical background in mechatronics, electronics, robotics, or aviation technology.
• Hands-on experience with hardware and software systems in UAV, automotive, or industrial automation environments.
• Basic troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and software components.
• English proficiency is required.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly, including internationally.
• Ability to work independently in customer-facing roles.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with embedded systems, sensor technology, or communication protocols (Ethernet, 4G/5G, GPS, UWB, Silvus).
• Experience with drone flight operations or field deployment of technical systems.
