Shift Lead, Vault (Shift 2)

Location: Onsite at the New Castle, Delaware facility, United States. Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday, 6:00 PM–4:30 AM.

Hourly pay starts at $26.00 per hour; bonuses, commissions, or other compensation may be available.

What you will do

• Run vault processing shifts when supervisors are absent and act as the primary operational contact.
• Catalog incoming inventory, research items, and communicate with Client Partners about additional services and condition assessments.
• Monitor shift throughput, shipments, and remaining work while organizing picking tickets for on-time fulfillment.
• Perform inventory audits, quality control checks, and physical and systemic location verification.
• Store, locate, pick, stage, pack, and ship valuable inventory while generating shipping labels.
• Mentor team members, share knowledge, identify operational concerns, and support continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Experience leading shifts independently and making operational decisions without direct supervisor presence.
• Exceptional attention to detail, research ability, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent education or experience preferred; an associate degree in a relevant field is also preferred.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; hirify.global uses e-Verify to validate work authorization.
