Supervisor/Team Lead Warehouse

What you will do

• Provide daily guidance and resources to the warehouse team while participating in warehouse operations.
• Supervise and mentor Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Clerks, including task assignments, quality reviews, and cross-training.
• Enforce safety protocols, warehouse SOPs, and quality standards across inspections, inventory counts, and audits.
• Support priority and complex warehouse tasks, shipment deadlines, and project schedule commitments.
• Improve workflows and promote accountability, collaboration, and professional development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six or more years of warehouse experience with proficiency in core warehousing duties.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring warehouse employees.
• Experience with warehouse software tracking, bills of materials, and vendor-supplied components.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, safety, and quality-management skills.
• Employment eligibility in the United States is verified through E-Verify.
