Shift Lead - Philadelphia

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite work in a local fulfillment center

Salary: $20.70 per hour

What you will do

• Lead assigned warehouse and kitchen shifts, delegating tasks and supporting daily operations.
• Oversee order fulfillment, inventory handling, equipment, safety, cleanliness, and quality.
• Guide Operations Associates and act as the escalation point for shift-level issues.
• Ensure accurate customer orders and smooth Dasher pickups, communicating with customers when issues arise.
• Contribute ideas to improve operational quality and customer experience.

Requirements

• Experience in food and beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments.
• Ability to stand, move heavy products, lift up to 50 lbs., and operate a pallet jack and hand truck.
• Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate; training is provided.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent and age 18 or older.
• Organization skills and proficiency with Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Flexibility to work different shifts according to site scheduling needs.
