Warehouse Team Lead – 2nd Shift

Location: Dayton, Minnesota, United States. Onsite, 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 2:30–11:00 PM, with overtime opportunities.

Compensation: $23.90–$44.40 per hour, with potential additional annual incentives.

What you will do

• Lead daily warehouse operations to meet production and shipping commitments.
• Provide work direction, coaching, and support to hourly team members.
• Train and onboard new employees and temporary workers.
• Monitor daily performance and address issues affecting team progress.
• Work with supervisors and support teams to resolve operational problems.
• Promote safety, operate forklifts and material-handling equipment, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Forklift certification and ability to pass internal testing.
• Comfort using computer systems, including Microsoft Office and warehouse systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, attention-to-detail, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Dayton, Minnesota, during the specified second shift.
