Salary: $21.64–$24.96 per hour

What you will do

• Oversee trip assignment processes and Customer Advocate teams.
• Enforce transportation provider contract regulations and support provider relationships.
• Develop alternative transportation options, including public transit, recipient reimbursement, and volunteer driver programs.
• Assist with driver training and inspection programs.
• Resolve service-related issues with transportation providers and healthcare facilities.
• Support office staff and maintain communication with company representatives, healthcare facilities, providers, and local and state authorities.

Requirements

• High school diploma and four or more years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with Medicaid guidelines and covered services.
• Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage heavy phone volumes, remain composed under pressure, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for accurately managing customer information.
