Clinical Diabetes Specialist

Location: Portland, OR; candidate must reside in the geography specified in the job title. This is a field-based position with travel as needed.

Annual base salary: $90,000–$100,000, plus an annual commission target; annual earnings target: $128,000–$138,000.

hirify.global is a medical technology startup developing the iLet Bionic Pancreas and future insulin delivery systems for type 1 diabetes management.

What you will do

• Promote and provide clinical support for hirify.global products and services within the assigned geography.
• Manage and support the training journey for people with diabetes, healthcare professionals, and staff.
• Deliver product demonstrations and training, including training provider-office trainers.
• Partner with Territory Business Managers and Inside Sales Specialists to achieve territory goals.
• Maintain compliant communication and documentation in Salesforce.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and IDN stakeholders while serving as a health coach for people with diabetes.

Requirements

• RN or RD qualification.
• CDCES certification required.
• Acceptable licenses include APRN, NP, or PA.
• At least 3 years of diabetes experience.
• Strong teaching, presentation, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a mobile, field-based role and travel according to business needs.

Nice to have

• 5 or more years of diabetes experience.
• Industry experience.
