Bilingual Coach (English/Spanish)

Location: Remote, USA. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually.

What you will do

• Onboard, activate, and support members through a structured coaching experience.
• Conduct 15-minute and 30-minute video or phone coaching sessions focused on goals, motivation, education, and self-efficacy.
• Review AI-surfaced data from continuous glucose monitoring, weight, sleep, movement, nutrition adherence, and app engagement to guide member conversations.
• Complete daily AI-assisted member rounding, progress notes, and chats within 24 business hours.
• Follow standardized coaching, documentation, and escalation procedures while collaborating with coaches, providers, nurses, and operations teams.
• Maintain a high-volume, uncapped caseload and provide occasional weekend, holiday, and unplanned PTO coverage.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in metabolic health coaching or a dietitian setting.
• Experience combining motivational interviewing and behavior-change coaching with metrics-driven, AI-informed guidance.
• Ability to navigate member applications, AI systems, dashboards, and other technology, while learning new tools quickly.
• Ability and willingness to manage a high-volume, uncapped caseload within a fixed schedule and standardized SOPs.
• Flexibility to work any shift, including at least two evening shifts per week, and adapt to schedule and process changes.
• U.S. work authorization is required.

Nice to have

• Spanish fluency.
• Experience supporting type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes, obesity, or other cardiometabolic conditions.
• Experience in a high-growth environment or with back-to-back video coaching sessions.
• Prior W-2 employee-model coaching or clinical experience.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, EHR systems, or similar tools.
