AI Enablement Strategist – Learning & Development (AI)

Location: New York, United States

Annual base salary: $250,000–$300,000, plus variable compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Monitor advances in AI models, tools, use cases, risks, and best practices.
• Translate AI capabilities into practical learning experiences, resources, and workflow solutions.
• Consult with stakeholders to identify AI-enabled skill-building opportunities and design scalable approaches.
• Facilitate workshops and learning experiences that encourage confidence, curiosity, and thoughtful experimentation.
• Lead cross-functional planning and execution for AI learning initiatives, managing timelines, stakeholders, and dependencies.
• Partner with L&D colleagues to apply AI across learning-program design, delivery, personalization, and improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 15 or more years of professional experience.
• Meaningful experience with AI, emerging technologies, digital transformation, technical enablement, or a related field.
• Deep AI fluency and strong interest in current AI advancements.
• Ability to translate technical concepts and business needs into actionable guidance for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, written communication, consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, navigate cross-functional dependencies, and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.

• Experience in learning and development, instructional design, facilitation, or talent development.
