Marketing Manager, Multimedia Producer (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY or Dallas, TX; travel to Dallas and New York for shoots and events as needed.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end production of advisor videos and multimedia content, from scheduling shoots through final publication.
• Coordinate remote and in-person recording sessions using platforms such as Riverside.
• Quality-check AI-assisted edits and prepare content for publication.
• Partner with advisors and marketing associates to plan shoots, gather footage, and manage timelines.
• Route content through compliance review, manage edit cycles, and produce short-form social assets and program explainers.
• Build production trackers, repeatable templates, and playbooks while reporting on throughput, bottlenecks, and quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience producing or project-managing video, podcast, or multimedia content at scale.
• Ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously across different owners and timelines.
• Strong, concise communication skills and comfort working directly with busy professionals.
• Ability to build processes in an early-stage environment without an established playbook.
• Based in Dallas or New York and willing to work across all locations and events.

Nice to have

• Experience with Riverside, Descript, or similar remote recording platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted editing and content tools.
• Understanding of compliance considerations for financial content, including testimonial and review requirements.
• Experience writing content briefs, production playbooks, or SOPs.
• Background in SEO or AEO content formats.
