What you will do

• Own and implement content strategy fueling growth marketing and demand generation across the full funnel.
• Partner with Growth, Product Marketing, Brand, and Comms teams to create high-performing content assets.
• Develop and manage multi-channel content programs including paid media, landing pages, email sequences, case studies, sales materials, webinars, and thought leadership.
• Write compelling, conversion-focused content optimized for performance and experimentation.
• Manage editorial calendar aligned with growth goals and revenue targets.
• Use performance data to test, iterate, and optimize messaging, formats, and distribution channels.
• Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across demand generation touchpoints.
• Support SEO-driven growth initiatives in collaboration with the SEO team.
• Track and report on content performance, pipeline impact, and ROI.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid with in-office collaboration in the United States (IL)
• 5+ years experience in content marketing focused on demand generation or growth marketing in B2B.
• Proven track record creating content driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
• Strong writing and editing skills with ability to adapt tone for different channels and audiences.
• Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing and content support at each stage.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with multiple teams.
• Proficient in Asana, GSuite, Slack, Content Management Systems (Sanity), and AI tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in financial services or blockchain industry preferred.
